A source close to Rumer, Scout and Tallulah revealed that the girls are concerned about their mum's continuing erratic behaviour following her stint in rehab earlier this year.
"Rumer, Scout and Tallulah are so concerned about their mum that they're considering if they should stage an intervention," a source told RadarOnline.com.
"They don't know what to do to help her, and they're starting to wonder if she needs help again."
However this may not be as simple as it sounds. Demi has a tense relationship with her daughters these days, since her partying ways landed her in rehab.
"Demi's girls are going to get help for their mum no matter what, but their relationship with her is so strained right now that it is hard to get anything done," the source said.
Let's hope Demi wises up and looks to her family for help, before she ends up in rehab again.
