In a sneak peek of Paris' upcoming interview with Oprah Winfrey, the young Jackson talks about her father’s death in 2009 after an overdose of proprofol, as well as her acting debut.
Oprah investigates the struggles of being the child of a superstar, asking, "Did you feel that he wanted you to have a 'normal' life?"
Paris is scheduled to appear in the upcoming fantasy film Lundon's Bridge And The Three Keys, which has caused concern for her guardian/grandmother Katherine Jackson as well as her aunt Janet Jackson, due to her age (14).
"I'm pleased and concerned at the same time because I don't think that Michael would have wanted her to be out there this soon," Katherine told Piers Morgan in an interview last month.
"I think there's a time for everything, and now is not the time [to act in films]," Janet told The Sun. "She's a very tough, smart girl. But it's a cut-throat industry. I wouldn't want my child to do it."
