Brian McFadden has hit back again at ex Delta Goodrem after she revealed in a 60 Minutes interview that she wished she had left their seven-year relationship earlier.
The Australia's Got Talent judge responded to a Herald Sun report that claimed he was considering legal options against his ex for breaking a rumoured confidentiality agreement not to talk publicly about the split.
"I'm not considering legal action. I also wouldn't stoop as low as her. If I did it would change everything. But I'm happy!" the 32-year-old tweeted yesterday.
Last week, Brian tweeted about Delta telling Vogue magazine she "didn't know how to get out" of their relationship.
"Sometimes silence is golden. People love to try and deflect attention from their own downfalls onto others," he wrote.
Delta revealed more about her unhappiness before the break-up to 60 Minutes on Sunday (view full interview below).
"Do I wish that it ended earlier? Yes. Do I wish I had the courage to leave earlier? Yes, I do. I think what we came to is that we were very different people extremely different people," she said.
While Delta told Vogue she is happily single, Brian has moved on with model-DJ fianceé Vogue Williams. But it's not all smooth sailing, Brian has admitted.
"When @VogueWilliams and I have a fight we don't threaten to break up. I threaten to block her on Twitter. Much worse," he tweeted on the weekend.
