Busted: Kim Kardashian leaves clinic with blotchy face after swearing off Botox

Kim Kardashian swore she wouldn't try Botox again until she was 40, but she's been snapped leaving a Botox salon with a red, blotchy face!

So, what's the deal?

Seeing as we weren't at the scene of the could-be-crime, we can't confirm whether or not Kim did in fact receive injections of the anti-wrinkle serum in her forehead. But when Kim was spotted with a noticeably plumper pout last month, a source told In Touch magazine "Kim is even more addicted to plastic surgery than ever before."

The Santa Monica Laser Away clinic claims it's the "Best in Botox" and, well, we know Kim settles for nothing less than the best.

But she has been through a rather traumatic experience, what with that wedding to that guy that lasted 72-days and all, and we're sure that must have taken a toll on her dewy complexion.
