A source told Star magazine that Beyoncé has had a live-in trainer helping her through two workouts per day, while she follows a strict (and weird) diet of "protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water".
The source claims she wants to drop 20 kig in a bid to "have a better body than ever", but seeing as there's already no excess weight to speak of, we think she's already kicked that goal!
