First off, the singer told US talk show host, Tavis Smiley, that he'll always have 'tremendous love' for his soon-to-be ex-wife, and now he's been recorded singing an Al Green song called "Let's Stay Together" on the Ellen Degeneres show.
The lyrics to the song go a little something like this: "Baby, let's, let's stay together / Loving you whether, whether times are good or bad, happy or sad."
That would normally be an 'enough said' scenario, but nope, it doesn't stop there!
Seal, who has three kids with Heidi, also told Ellen he's got no plans to remove his wedding ring any time soon.
"Yes, I am still wearing my ring," he said, when questioned by the talk show host.
"Just because we have decided to separate doesn't necessarily mean you take off your ring and you're no longer connected to that person.
"Will we wear the ring for the rest of our lives? Who knows? But right now it feels really comfortable on my hand so I have no intentions of taking it off any time soon."
Earlier today we heard that Heidi has been 'shopping around' for divorce lawyers for two weeks already.
Could it be that this split-up is a little one-sided?
