According to TMZ, Halle went to court try and stop her ex from having any contact with their 3-year-old girl, after the ex-couple's nanny, Alliance Kamdem, accused him of pushing her while holding Nahla.
No such ruling eventuated, though, because the Judge handling the case is on vacation until next week. An interim Judge didn't grant any emergency order to stop Gabriel from contacting his daughter because he believes Nahla has enough protection in place for the time being, TMZ reports.
Kamdem told the court this latest incident isn't the first time Gabriel has been violent toward her. She alleges the model would "walk over and violently grab/take Nahla away" from her during a recent trip to Spain.
Yet her request for a restraining order against the model was shut down after the interim Judge said her petition was "insufficient and speculative."
Halle and Gabriel will reappear in court next Monday.
