The jilted basketballer is filing for separation rather than divorce, according to People magazine, because he wants the marriage annulled – as in, totally wiped from the record.
Annulments are traditionally granted when the marriage hasn't been consummated, so Star magazine will be happy that Kris's decision totally backs up their cover story claiming that he's gay .
They reckon Kris “would not touch Kim” on the honeymoon. But hey, plenty of straight guys wouldn't go there, right?
As for where the other tabloids stand, Us Magazine is sticking with their claim that Kris is a total douche and Kim dumped him because he called her “stupid” and a “fat ass”.
Meanwhile, TV quack Dr Drew is weighing in on the debate, accusing Kim of 'domestic violence' after seeing TV footage of her punching Kris for accidentally breaking her toenail.
He told his viewers, “Kris and Kim, listen, they’re separating and that’s over with, this doesn’t need to be reported or anything. But anybody listening at home or viewing this has to understand the spectrum of domestic violence. And this is an incontrovertible piece of evidence of someone who is engaged in a domestic violence relationship.”
