"Holy cows, there was a naked paparazzo of some sort in the picture that originally accompanied this post," blogger Jace Lacob tweeted by way of an apology after realising his mistake.

Jen was arriving at the New York premiere of Five, a series of short films about breast cancer, when the flashing photog found her way into frame.
The A-lister didn't even notice, but actress Patricia Clarkson gave the snapper kudos for being so brave. "I think it’s actually pretty great. You know, I’m kind of sad I put on a dress," she joked to the press.
But this isn't the first time this lady has left her blouse at home. It turns out Holly Van Voast, who describes herself as a 'drag photojournalist', has been spotted out and about in Manhattan before.
