The 42-year-old, who was born 'Chastity Bono', has undergone three gender reassignment surgeries in the last three years – including a hysterectomy and the removal of his breasts.
Chaz is yet to take the plunge and go for THE surgery (you know, the big one) but he recently said he's almost ready to go all the way.
"It's a big surgery that one and it's not totally perfected and it's something I want to really make sure 100 per cent that the procedure that I decide to do is the right one for me," Chaz told 2Day FM last month.
"At this point it's very much something I'd like to do. I'd like to have a penis and I feel very comfortable as a male now."
