Baby Bloom was born last Friday but he's still waiting for his parents to make up their minds about what to write on his birth certificate.
His grandma, Orlando's mum Sonia Bloom, told Nova FM, "They are both absolutely ecstatic. I am beyond happy."
"They have a list of names and he tells me they are struggling to choose one."
