Oksana claims Mel punched her while she was holding their infant daughter, Lucia, leaving her with broken teeth and a concussion - and leaving the baby with a bruise on her face.
“Oksana lost a veneer and the right front tooth was severely chipped,” a source told Radar Online.
"Veneers can be dislodged only with significant force and that’s exactly how Oksana’s was knocked out in her brutal fight with Mel," the site reported.
Oksana's dentist told lawyers he saw evidence of Oksana having been struck in the temple - not the mouth.
TMZ reported that the dentist "believes Oksana was struck in the left temple, which caused her to bite down so hard, one veneer was completely knocked out and another was damaged.
"Oksana’s teeth were fully intact… [her] charts reflect two bite marks on the inside of the lower lip. The doctor says there was no swelling or bruising consistent with a punch to the mouth but believes instead the bite marks are consistent with 'a chain reaction' after allegedly being hit in the temple."
