Chemotherapy for breast cancer coupled with the fact Kylie is 42 means conception could be more difficult - so she and her 32-year-old boyfriend have been looking into adoption, according to the Sunday People.
"Kylie is really desperate to have a family," said their source.
"She is so happy for Dannii and has vowed to be a great auntie but what she wants is her own.
"She is aware that she isnt getting any younger and has admitted to herself and Andres that having their own kids could be near-on impossible so they have discussed the idea of adoption and are to see how they can take the idea forward."
