The 45-year-old discussed her nature-defying pout on the US Today show recently, saying she first had silicone injections in her mouth 23 years ago, before she became famous.
"That's the pink elephant in the room," she said. "This is the first time I have told what I have done to my lips."
Lisa said she was inspired by fellow actor Barbara Hershey's lip enhancement and thought silicone injections would help her fledgling career.
But the silicone went hard (*squirm*) so she got a "gross" cortisone injection.
And voila! Famous lips!
Lisa says she doesn't regret her trout pout one bit, because her lips "made me who I am."
But she hasn't touched them since.
"I do not blow up and down my lips," she insists.
