She's had odd looking boobs for years, but the pair of soccer balls that used to bounce around on the Spice Girl's skinny chest are looking a bit more like a couple of cricket balls these days. Did she get a breast reduction?
Heat magazine reckon Posh's boobs are looking "less inflated" and are "sitting more naturally" of late.
"I think she may have opted for a smaller implant," Dr Alex Kardis told the magazine.
Posh, who was once described as having the "worst" type of breasts, has refused to confirm or deny the rumours.
