Sarah Jessica Parker "living apart" from her husband

 31/07/2008 3:29:00 PM, CelebrityFIX Prev Next Hot on the heels of the rumour SJP's hubby Matthew Broderick had been cheating on her with another woman - reports claim the pair have actually been 'living separate lives for some time'.

A US magazine claims the couple have hardly been seen together for months, and that the only motivation to stay married is their son James.

The mag's source said: "Sarah and Matthew have been struggling for years. Now that news of Matthew's cheating has broken, they have decided to make things work - especially for the sake of their son, James."

Another of the mag's 'sources' said SJP had confessed to his wife that she and Matt "had been out of love for a long time, but remain married for their son. They are both great people but just not meant to be in a relationship."

Matthew has been reported to have been having an affair with a 25-year-old youth counsellor, the news of which has reportedly left SJP "devastated".

I think they make a cute couple and there've been together for awhile as well who cares if his a dork and shes the complete opposite. Like the sdaying goes opposites attract. He probably become jealous that shes making more money than him and shes more famous

I don't know if I could ever forgive my partner if he cheated on me. That's terrible. It's even harder for them having to stay married for the sake of their son. I don't think I could do that, either. I think Sarah should find another man - once a cheater, ALWAYS a cheater.
They actualy make a great couple as he is no good looking rooster himself. Ferris Ferris he's still a dork!
This is really sad. Regardless that she is SJP or not. Affairs in marriage are not a light thing, and if the rumours are true both of them are obviously going through a hard time and everyones name calling is just plain mean.
hey i think SJP should leave that cheater, hes noone special, but i think hollywood marriages never last like a real on does, i think its just for something to do, until something better comes along. if any guy cheated on me id b like "seeya". but sometimes it iant as easy as that, when kids are involved etc. Hello he is the ugliest guy in hollywood, sjp- can do better than that thing. hahha. okay, the girl matthew is cheating with is yung, well use ya brains shes prob after his $$$$$$'s, or some fame, cos who in thir right minds would sleep with him, no affiANCE SJP..

Now, you can hang tough, flash that baby smile of yours and the ladies will be howling with desire! Before one criticizes another one should look in the mirror first, SJP is obviously an achiever after all she is known world wide for her acting, her appearance and celebrity lifestyle how many of the bloggers here are as well known or as attractive seems to me there is a case of envy happening. In regards to her marriage with Matthew Broderick it is hard enough these days to have a fulfilling lasting relationship in downtown suburbia let alone living in a fishbowl as these people do. Give them a break get off their backs. What happened to mankind wishing only good for others and cheering those who achieve!!!
I think its interesting that there is the comment about good on him for finding someone who makes him happy.... wasnt that meant to be SJP after all he did marry her. My belief is if you are no happy in a marriage, start investing in it and if that doesnt work, end it before moving on. At least show some respect.
