I think she's looking better than she has previously which shows she's making an effort to overcome this disease. The more the media focuses on it, the harder it is for her so please leave her alone.

she is a verry pretty girl but she got some problems like eating but i guess she cant help that the only person that can help her is herself and really i think that we should all just leave her alone

i'm a 1 year recovered anorexic. You start out losing just a bit of weight like a normal dieter but an anorexic's psychological predisposition means that he or she descends into an addiction just like any other. When your hair falls out in clumps, you can't control your bladder and you have to rest every few metres you walk there is abosulutely nothing glamorous about the disorder and it's not the type of life anyone would willingly choose for themselves. The only thing which can help you recover from anorexia is the support, compassion and security of friends and family. Allegra is beautiful and I wish her luck, she is incredibly brave to publically acknowledge her battle with this disorder. Kristy, if you have such a limited understanding of something I beg you to not comment on it. One day you will experience something difficult for others to understand, and I hope you will recieve more compassion than you have given.

Kristy you should feel ashamed of yourself for writing something that inconsiderate and narrow minded. Anorexia is definately not something they bring on themselves, it happens to be a psychological problem which can be very hard to overcome. It isn't as easy as walking down the street after starving yourself for months then deciding to hit up McDonalds and have a huge feast. I'm sure if you had a problem of this magnitude I'm sure you would want others to feel sympathetic for you and perhaps show their concern.

I'm sick of hearing about anorexic starss.... Like seriously this is a problem they bring on themselves but they still want us all to feel pity for them! For fu%4ks sake your countries full of fast food chains, GO TO ONE AND EAT!!!!!

It's good to see she is getting out, and it's good to hear she is getting treatment! She is a very brave girl to face the media in such a fragile state! Let's hope that the media show support to this girl who is suffering a very real illness and don't go attacking her.. she already know's she's sick and very thin, she won't need constant reminders of this in the tabloids! Good luck with the treatment Allegra, and i hope we see you getting better very soon!

Poor darling, god how horrible it is to be in this situation. She does look at little better than she did in that picture with her hideous mum, but still not well. She needs to see a psychiatrist.
