Kris' marriage is on the "verge of collapse" after her hubby of 21 years, Bruce Jenner, caught her signing off an email to ex-toyboy lover Tod Waterman with an "xoxo".
And according to Radar Online, Kris also met up with her ex for a "romantic rendezvous."
"Kris told no one, but she did go out with Todd, and it was an electrifying date," an insider told the website.
"Kris walked out of the restaurant where they'd met looking like the cat that ate the canary. It's so obvious that she still carries a torch for him."
Kris first hooked up with Tod, a former pro soccer player, while married to her late husband Robert Kardashian.
Bruce is apparently still reeling from Kris' admission in her tell-all memoir, that the two had "wild crazy sex", so his wife's latest effort to contact Tod have pushed their marriage over the edge.
"[Bruce] believes, 'once a cheater, always a cheater'," an insider the National Enquirer.
"I don't think he can believe that Kris has had the audacity to keep it up with Tod when their marriage is on the line."
"Cheating is a deal breaker for him, so their marriage is teetering on the edge."
The insider also revealed that while Bruce isn't aware of the "length and breadth" of Kris and Tod's current relationship, he "can't take much more" of her sneaking around.
