Justin Bieber has filed a harassment complaint against a photographer who allegedly chased him down an LA freeway on Friday.

The 18-year-old was booked by police for reaching speeds in excess of 160km/h, according to reports. But he claims he was being pursued by the paparazzi, and a number of eager paps were even driving in the shoulder to keep up with him.

Justin has filed a harassment complaint against one of the offending photographers after handing his licence plate number over to the cops.

When the LAPD tracked him down to take his statement, the guy just happened to be snapping away at Bieber's music video shoot!

Police are now investigating Bieber's harassment claims.
